Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan (CIC) is the holding company for Saskatchewan's commercial Crown corporations. These corporations are some of the largest companies in the province, as well as the largest employers. They purchase almost $2 billion worth of goods and services annually from Saskatchewan-based suppliers.

Companies which are majority owned or operated by Aboriginal people are a growing part of Saskatchewan's economy. The Crowns recognize the importance of doing business with Aboriginal suppliers and want to increase their annual purchasing of goods and services from them. This website is designed to assist in this process and will create a business-to-business marketplace where buyers (Crown sector) and sellers (Aboriginal suppliers) meet in order to develop positive business relationships based on trust, respect and integrity.
